Firstly Boardies is so far away from anything else, secondly they have booked exactly their target audience but genre mixed.....school leavers etc, the young lot loving the D&B, thirdly their lineup isn't as big as Reading so it won't be as expensive. I do however think Stormzy, Chase and Fender would do well at Reading but Reading have had two recently. -

Remarkably cold spell of weather at the moment. Only looked at the GFS ensembles but temperatures strugggling in the mid teens at Glastonbury. Barely a chance of 20c for the next 10 days. The only positive is that although there is rain around it doesn't look like a disaster. Festival still too far out to have any clue in my opinion. -

Only went for The National (front row) so I don’t have a clear nor valid opinion on the festival as a whole, but it felt like a carcass of what it once was. Both in organization and spirit. For my money’s worth, the festival will not be in my plans again
