  1. They are also in Germany for the whole weekend.
  2. Gaslight Anthem appear to be in Germany...
  3. What are they giving you for your money? Entrance into a syndicate?
  4. No it didn't. It was just for the pitch your own option.
  5. It was a £750 for the two of us. A sh*t tonne of money, I know.
  6. I'm guessing your package includes festival tickets too....? Must be talking a pretty penny for that. We used pitch your own in Love Fields last year. No doubting the convenience of having your car right by your tent and the stress free arrival. It was heaven and only 5 minutes walk to gate C. We didn't use any of the caterers or bars or anything, just the toilets and showers. We cooked breakfast on our own stove before heading in for the day.
  7. Hi All. I have 2 x tickets for Shed Seven at the Tramshed in Cardiff this evening (short notice, sorry). 19:30 doors. Cost £76 the pair, happy to listen to offers. Just don't want them to go to waste.
  8. Could I ask what an EPO ticket is please? Not heard that before.
  9. Great work and I'm very tempted to join in as it'll only be the two of us trying for tickets on the big day. Can I ask, has the importance of not being part of another group been reiterated? This is a bigger issue for me than trusting someone from a financial point of view. The thought of the purchase being blocked because one registration had already been successful in another group fills me with a bit of dread.
  10. Its mainly Yogs stories that get me through that July-to-ticket-day-low.
  11. Yeah, you might have to elaborate or make it glasto related, At least....
  12. Sunday was as near a prefect day at Glastonbury as I've had. Elvana, Blondie, Editors, The War on Drugs and Elton. With the sun going down behind us watching the War on Drugs the tears flowed with happiness. With my fiance next to me at his first Glastonbury I don't think I could have felt any happier than I did that day. Tears continued for Elton.. it was a beautiful

  14. This year was my first glasto in 7 years (Did 6 on the trott from 2010). 2017 was a ticket fail but the others were all a conscious decision not to try, for one reason or another. When we decided to try again for tickets this year, I was apprehensive about what it would be like (new partner, would he like it, has it changed, will it be too busy....etc) I could not stop smiling the whole 5 days and kept having waves of gratitude and appreciation for how lucky I was to be able to return. I still feel that now and say it out loud often when I'm on my own. We will try for tickets again in the autumn but if we are unsuccessful (although disappointed) I'll still be grateful for the having the chance to return to those fields and am confident I'll get the chance again and it'll be awesome when we do. The break made me really appreciate how lucky we are to experience it.
