the cost of mental health disabilities is astounding, need to find more for the physically disabled, numbers of which will increase rapidly with an aging population, as more oldies get hit by strokes as i was - one in three people suffer a stroke, strokes are biggest cause of later life disability - that's where the crisis is, it can be lessened by prescribing statins to the over 50s. they're dirt cheap, and with no side effects I've noticed, reduces cholesterol, quite nicely too.(I think that might be starmer's plan, think it might be a problem with docs who aren't meant to proscribe without an ailment.) reckon that if you asked your doc for them he'd/she'd prescribe them.
  2. looks like the beginning of the end for gateshead, the council not backing the club with the ground is what led to the old aldershot club folding.
  3. wasn't aware of that will try to find more on it.
  4. You mean I repeated wot someone said ( what was said about Fatboy). Other people shouting at clouds now. Tell me the name of a DJ who never plays anyone else's records then!
  5. DJs mostly play other people's music. Tell me what I've missed with that?

heres one for the Starmer haters who won't be telling us how much he hates this Starmer policy position David Lammy (hardly a right-winger) said : "Our guiding light will be progressive realism" HOW WOULD UNREALISM BE BETTER? 😛

the "openly Jewish" row, some people just exist to take offence. he had chosen to dress in an identifiably Jewish manner: he probably wanted to be recognised as Jewish to take offense cos that happened is ridiculous. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-68856360

makes sense cos it makes it unsustainable in the longer term. as long as they can find a way of increasing council funding they'll be able to make a noticeable difference quite quickly, councils will know how to step up and improve their services, and real people will notice the benefit.

    Taking a baby

have a read of this, was written by my ex partner, who took my son to many festivals with us(so she had a lot of experience of kids at festivals- the first one we did was glastonbury when he was 10-months). it didn't mentally scar him he's 27 now and still loves festivals. https://www.efestivals.co.uk/info/kids.shtml
