Favourite song by an artist that has played Green Man: Skeleton Painting - Avi Buffalo (because I have been playing it constantly since January)
Favourite song from an artist on this year’s line up that you think people might not have heard: Ghost Printer - John
A song you like from a band that would be great on the rising stage: Less Jools More Top of the Pops - Slime City
Best song you’ve heard at GM: Last year was my first year so pick anything from Eels' set, honourable mentions to GnT - Pigsx7 and Bonfire - The Big Moon
Song you are/were most looking forward to hearing: Lose the Baby - Tropical Fuck Storm

I think its only a matter of time before this gets cancelled now, even if the restrictions start to be lifted during the summer I can't see a situation where 20,000 people will be able to congregate together in a field.

PREDICTION GAME RESULTS
By my calculations, the joint winners are:
- Me (lol) and @Callum_96 with 7 correct guesses
In joint 3rd place are @benali and @Cottsy with 4 correct guesses.
In joint 5th place are @Tatterdemalion, The Wonder Why, @SweepingTheNation, @dentalplan and Muddy Holly with 3 correct guesses.
In joint 8th place are @NCruz, @rug568 and @Happyboypricey with 2 correct guesses.
In joint 11th place are @JHad and @zzzfest with a solitary correct guess.
In last place (sorry) is @retromoz with no correct guesses.
If anyone disputes these results, feel free to let me know. There is a whole excel spreadsheet behind this so I’m hoping this is all correct!!
Interestingly the most predicted act - Fontaines DC - was not announced. They were predicted by 8 different people.
I mean, I'd call that joint 2nd but I'll take 3rd place.
As for the lineup, the headliners are a bit 'meh!' but I didn't see any of the headliners last year so not really that bothered. There's more on the undercard that I'm interested in seeing than I was at this stage last year but its probably missing an Eels/Idles type of band that I can get really excited by.
Neither under nor over-whelmed.

I keep switching between being excited that they're going to pull out some amazing names like FKA Twigs, Nick Cave, My Bloody Valentine or Sigur Ros headlining out of the blue and worried that they'll announce Doves and Mac Demarco as headliners.
If like three or four of the following are announced i'll be more than happy: Bat for Lashes, Jenny Hval, Les Savy Fav, Bikini Kill, Sinead O'Brien, Hatchie, Kelly Lee Owens, Beach Bunny, Dan Deacon, U.S. Girls, Waxahatchee, Virginia Wing, Vanishing Twin, Phoebe Bridgers, Barrie, Stef Chura, Tinariwen, Mdou Moctar, The Murder Capital and John Maus.
Bat For Lashes, Les Savy Fav, Bikini Kill and U.S Girls from that list would be enough to make me happy.

Only a month now until the lineup comes out!
On that note, I've drawn up a highly speculative and probably hugely inaccurate prediction for GM 2020. It's based on a mixture of acts that are: around at the time of Green Man; have been recently followed by GM on twitter; released new music this year; and acts that I just hope are playing. It doesn't include after dark acts.
Would you be happy with this? Where have I gone wrong?
I'd be pretty happy with this line up but the Pixies/Les Savy Fav clash on the Sunday would be cruel!
I've got a feeling The Orielles are going to be in there somewhere, probably the Walled Garden.
