That makes sense. Also someone pointed out Camp Flog Gnaw had Tyler and SZA so it'd be the same line up. Biased because I have a primavera ticket but the primavera headliners genuinely look better than the Coachella ones.
-
No idea why Coachella don't book SZA. She's probably bigger than Doja Cat.
-
Ok great, get me on board for next week then!
-
think a bottle of urine would be more appropriate for an Ian Brown reference
-
haven't been to tramlines in nearly a decade, probably wont go, dont like Blossoms either - but just signed up in the chance for a slightly off kilter bottle of hendos (will be going in the bin if it says Ian Brown though)
-
Gabi did say end of the month, but would prefer it next week.
-
I'd agree, it's a bit weak unless it's a springboard for a new era.
-
It does, but then again it also scoops up a really interesting act like Jai Paul or a reunion of a different band. boygenius and Jai were great additions last year.
-
Don't think this means anything and has been announced for some time now.
-
Think it was stated on Instagram ages back by one of the bookers it's with an orchestra Edit: on this post https://www.instagram.com/p/Cz55nkXqPHp/?igsh=OHhjZHRjdnI3azNy

Guardian Music sections have been like this for quite some time.
-
Billy Woods in my must see too.
-
I mean me too, but the discourse on here about her being a rubbish headliner was stupid. Did the Depeche Mode day sell out? Think people underestimate the size of some acts because they're not within their lane.
-
And loads of people on here said Lana wasn't a good booking!
-
I mean you still have Phoenix on Wednesday and the Brunch stuff Sunday. There obviously will still be stuff but I'm expecting either a smaller scale or they've got something like Poble Espanol to host more people and then might have fewer venues to compensate. I'm not expecting more though, I think I'm cynical and expect less.
-
Given some of the stuff that went down in 2022 like promising a book (turned out to be a PDF) and free t shirt (wasn't festival related at all and had to collected off site) I would not be shocked at all if they kept quiet about a scaled back Ciutat, they know most people won't care.
-
Cost saving measure I assume.
-
Yeah I'm starting to wonder if it has been scaled back if the Razmatazz is seemingly booking other gigs.
-
So no Razmatazz gigs for the city gigs on Tuesday? This doesn't look to be promoted by PS and I can't see them booking the razmatazz if there are other promoted gigs that night
-
Phoebe Bridgers is way too big for EOTR
-
Will be my 9th time since 2017 ffs Already have tickets for them in Cardiff after too, wouldn't mind a clash but would ultimately like to see them as they are one of my favourite bands
-
I respect the reasoning but I wouldn't read much into it. I think if the names were like that it would have been released by now. I don't know what the hold up is really.
-
Yeah potentially
-
Really weak

I obviously don't know but the gap between APE and Meo Kalorama could have space for a Manchester or Scottish gig. Would seem fair for dropping out. Obviously that gap could end up being filled with other European dates/festivals.
