Just assumption that she'll drop out due to the Ceremonia gig being binned off yesterday. Can't imagine her playing one gig in 5 years at primavera and nothing else at all.

There is a UK tour, they've already announced a presale if you pre order the album/use no purchase necessary. The dates haven't been announced yet though.

MGMT arent touring and I doubt Adrianne (Angelina?) would be doing double duty personally, I'm expecting Big Thief though. Not expecting Anohni anywhere either.

I disagree, some of the possible names for this year look strong: Sleater Kinney, Slowdive, Lankum, The Decemberists, Phoenix, Big Thief All seem possible

There hasn't. But I think it's safe to assume they won't be booked elsewhere. Nowhere else really fits other than maybe GM and EOTR and I can't see either of them going for them.

Yeah I did think after I posted that the takeover part was probably in reference to her previous slots. I would happily take Joanna but definitely think she would need to change the 'no sound elsewhere' request. Hopefully she's mellowed on it. They had Jonny with strings on the garden and sound bleed was fine then if I recall.

I imagine it's because they didn't want to take away attention from other ciutat names by attracting criticism for booking an act who are already playing that is already complained about for being booked too often.

There's alternatives. Plus for us National fans it'll probably be a more special set. I'm happy.

The lettering seems to fit to me and it just seems to make sense. Even if that's not the case, I'm really really happy with that Ciutat line up, might be better than 2022 for me.
