Hard to believe this festival planned to have RATM in 2020.

Hopefully, I think Blur is a good shout. Makes a lot of sense, that they were in talks for this festival. Maybe at Waldbühne on Sunday. Or now that they do not depend on that weekend anymore, they try to find a bit more feasible date routing-wise for the band. Barcelona > Berlin > Madrid is doable, but maybe not the best if not necessary.

KoL have been announced as „European festival exclusive“. Hope that means not other fests were interested in the band. No idea how a sane booker would pay extra royalties to have them exclusively.

Thanks for the details! Well. Right side at the front is where you want to be for RHCP. John Frusciante side. I guess a lot of people who go for PIT will not be happy to see that there is another area in front of them. If there‘s so many different ticket types and areas, the promoter should publish a map. Everything else is fraud.

I was at Milano Summer Festival and Rock In Roma 2017 and both had designated areas for PIT. This year there is even a SUPER PIT for VIP packages. Don‘t know what that means. Maybe another designated area on one of the sides.

Anybody interested in a PIT ticket for this one? Willing to offer a discount. Name change is easy. FOMO turned me into buying a ticket but I changed plans.

Hangout Music Festival in the US pretty much confirmed the RHCP for May. I guess the embargo is down and we‘ll get a bunch of dates tomorrow including Mad Cool.

What if it‘s no Billie in July after all? Maybe „all eyes on Monday“ means a lot of acts minus the last headliner? Which won‘t be announced until January? Werchter to Sziget or even Reading/Leeds seems like a very long leg for Billie. I could see her starting with Sziget and doing R/L, Lollapalooza Berlin, etc. I know @Ken19 ruled her out for PKP, but maybe it doesn‘t necessarily mean she‘s at RW.

Lollapalooza Stockholm sells early bird tickets from tomorrow but will not announce acts until January. It‘s the same weekend as Rock Werchter. Maybe some truth to what your source said?

For me? Long past caring. What‘s the point anymore without giving conclusions? They could very well just post a random letter from the alphabet and make people guess „uuuh who could that be?“. Imagine they are just posting random pictures without any link to the lineup? I mean…you can find a reason for any artist to match the picture. Who hasn‘t wrote a line with sugar, hell or a door in it? It. Is. Boring.
