Life have a new album out on Tuesday. Saw them live a few months ago, they were really rather good.

Saw Rolo Tamassi at the Fleece Bristol on Wednesday. That was fun. The revamp of the venue included raising the stage. Which is a bonus when you are a short arse like me. I was expecting the sound to be louder but even so, at times, I could feel the bass hit me. I really enjoyed one of the two support bands, Heriot. A whole lot of black and long hair, punctuated by a UV painted guitar.

We were there at that gig! Agree Yard Act are so good. Plus the frontman makes me laugh ( in a good way!). I really liked Baba Ali. I know he had issues with his kit, but the music was still spellbinding. I'd be up for seeing more of him.

It was great to be out in the garden working in a t shirt. The bulbs planted in October are just making an appearance. But yes, now the sun has lowered it certainly is a little chillsome

Not sure if I was in the correct thread with all this medical malarkey. Anyway, site changes-what do we know. A few less trees after today....

We had trees taking down a power line on the A361 in Pilton, just up from red gate. Caused chaos in the back roads as large lorries tried to find a short cut. We also had hail with sunshine.

A few large gusts now, enough to make Pat seasick.

So far in Pilton it is just a bit blustery, nothing more. Miss Pat, the Pilton Wind reporter is nonchalant this morning.

Not for the foreseeable. However, we do seem to end up with unplanned dogs.

There is currently no water in the well, it’s just a moist hole. 😉

There’s a reason for that.

Hence the other checks that are in place.

Internet connection is good here. Although good luck finding an affordable home here. They are as rare as unicorn shit.
