Questions about Gold Car Parking and Broken Bones

Hiya, my boyfriend just broke his elbow and we have creamfields next week.

we are driving and have gold tickets for camping and the car park. Does anyone know if the gold car park is much closer to the gold camping as last year I took a coach and was made go in the standard entrance even tho I had gold tickets and it took us about 4/5 hours to get to the campsite from the bus. 

also have anyone else done this festival with a broken bone and have any tips as they aren’t being very helpful when I email and keeping sending me the same automated email response 5/6 times over
