Selling 2 Boomtown tickets with coach from Exeter

My son & his mate are hoping to sell there tickets which include the coach from Exeter.  Are you only supposed to sell them on Tixel?  

Do the tickets have your photo on etc. like Glastonbury tickets?

So I think it looks like you are allowed to sell them on Twickets, and then you pay Kaboodle to change the name on the tickets, does anyone know please, are you allowed to sell them on Twickets and get the name changed if Boomtown hasn't sold out of tickets?   Also, would the people buying the tickets then have to get the coach from Exeter?
