Restore in 4th place, beating Tories and Lib Dems

Maybe people will become more interested when/if mayors get more power. Maybe. 

Maybe holding it in summer holidays was a factor too. Probably didn't help the Greens that all the students had gone home. Maybe if polls had been closer or. Reform/Green win more likely it would have got more coverage.

I Care aswell, I suspect  that another part in low Voter turnout was a bit of huge overconfidence that Labour woukd win here.    While it was fine in the end you can't take that risk
