The mysterious #JoinTheGroove hashtag started it all but now an official announcement has come out. This new event, called Groove, will take place on Saturday August 22nd 2015. No line up announcements yet, but this sounds like an exciting event and has a lot of buzz about it.

I don't get the Groove Armada DJ set inclusion, I saw them last year at Life festival in Ireland and they were pish its was like they had phoned in their set. Instead of going for commercial stuff you should do a wee bit of research into the underground electronica scene too, some amazing records have come out over the last few years, Jon Hopkin's Immunity, Daniel Avery's Drone Logic, James Holden, Gold Panda, John Talabot, SiriusModeselektor, Moderat, Erroll Alkin, Joy Orbison, Sunil Sharpe, Boddika, Maya Jane Coles, Four Tet, Squarepusher, Aphex Twin if you can get him, Clark, Autechre. In fact a Warp tent would be interesting or even a Domino Records tent.

Any updates on this, they are really slow with adding other names to this, will there be more announcements soon

I Don't think this is gonna be happening now, they have made no second announcement since May.
