Small groups

Hey,

I'm coming to t in the park with another mate who managed to get us 2 tickets, was just wondering if there were any other small groups in the same situation that wanted to meet up/camp together? I did glastonbury last year as a massive group and figure it would be awesome to have a similar experience and make a bunch of friends. Were two girls, 23 and 25 both living in Aberdeen.

My first ever T was just me and one of my mates and it was still one of my best experiances. Think by being in a smaller group you experiance more of the festival somehow, well that was my experiance anyway.

There is about 30 of us going this year so it's going to be very different! haha But if I were you I wouldn't worry too much about it only being the pair of you. Pitch the tent and get chatting to the neighbours and you will have an amazing time.

Unfortunately you don't know what your neighbours are like! I'm not a veteran when it comes to festivals-this is our third one and I'm 42!!! Had a great experience at the Isle of Wight but not so great at Leeds but hey ho I'm trying T and hopefully it'll be great and I'm sooooo looking forward to it

A general rule is, if you're nice to your neighbours and they aren't pricks then they will be nice to you. Last year was just me and my friend and we had a brilliant time, and met some great people who camped next to us. Anyone who is bricking it, don't. It really isn't as bad as it's made out to be.

    • It was never going to be great was it, there is comments of Mickey Mouse all over socials lol which is very similar to Glastonbury.  Someone I know from RIP watched Welcome to the Jungle and left and they went saying they've got to see GNR. It was the only day not to see out as well.
    • I decided to goto bed early for the Aussie game rather than stay up for Scotland. I don't regret my decision, I also love the complete over reaction during the world cup when a player has 1 good game, that Watford winger is now everyones dream signing. Its also funny when clubs get into the hype and end up overpaying for someone who then does nothing in the prem.

    • I read the Kerrang review and they didn’t seem overly positive. The definition of a 6 out of 10.
