Lead Booker query re Coach/Ticket Combo

Hi guys,

The lead booker on our coach/ticket packages has recently learned she is unable to attend the festival and has received a refund.

Does anybody know what this means for the other bookings?

Concerned as there isn't any specific info re this on the FAQs and the "e-ticket" was being sent to them week commencing the 12th May (in a few days!).

Does someone else automatically get made lead booker or do we have to ring up and change it?

Any advice much appreciated x

Id email them at [email protected], I read a similar story and that person just got a letter saying that it's ok for another party member to collect the tickets, I've emailed twice already they reply very quickly
