Car Park questions / Weekend camping

Hey all,

It's my first time at V fest this coming Friday and I have a couple of questions about the car park that I can't really find answers to on the website. Any help is appreciated!

Firstly, is the weekend camping car park exit open 24/7 throughout the festival? Meaning that if we really wanted to leave Sunday evening, could we? Or do we have to wait until Monday morning?

Is the car park layout in columns of like say 2? Meaning that we won't get sandwiched in so we can't leave unless the 100 cars around us have left?

And lastly; can we access our car anytime and if need be, sleep in our car without security moaning? Heck, it's a £20 car park ticket might as well sleep in the car if it's raining etc! ;)

Thanks for any help! Can't wait!

You can come and go as you please if you are camping as its 24/7. Sleeping in the car is not allowed but to be honest loads of people rock up in transit vans and sleep in them. I've never seen a proper patrol of the car parks so if you keep your head down you will probably get away with it.

It's my first time to V festival also and I was wondering about parking. I can't seem to buy a ticket for parking anywhere and on the see tickets website it says pay on door. I am travelling down seperately from my friend who will be holding onto our V tickets so does anyone know if I will be ok to get a parking spot without my V ticket and also will it be ok to just show up and pay or do I need to get hold of a parking ticket before arriving. Any help would be great.

Thanks
