Right. I have just joined the armed forces after a while as cabin crew smoking cheap duty free cigarettes.

What's the opinion on them? I have found they help but not in a nicotine way..

Best brand?

Side affects?

I would like to know as quitting completley would be best!

I had a lung op last july and have quit since that point. I used patches to overcome the addiction and now use e-lites for the oral satisfaction. I still find I want to reach for a ciggie after a meal or when I leave work and they work well for fooling the brain/hands.

I've recently been enjoying the extended range of flavours and while everyone raves about blueberry (which is nice) the vanilla is my personal favourite. A colleague's son works for e-lites, so she very kindly provided me with a bag with one of each flavour (and 4 of the vanilla as I had expressed a preference).

For me they are a good solution which does not work to the extent of medicinal NRT options, but as a longer term solution to prevent caving in.
