Hi guys, finally decided to go to rockness after hearing about how great it was last year! Few questions first though..

How far is the camp site from bus drop off?

And apart from the music and getting drunk what other things is there to do at rockness?

Closest campsite is only about 5-10 minutes walk from the bus dropoffs (depending on queue time at the gates), further away ones about 10-15.

Aye we had a fair trek to the VIP campsite from the bus dropoffs last year, but it was worth it once there as it was about 2 minutes from tent to main stage, also handy for quick booze run back to the tent.

As to other things to do, the comedy tent always worth a check out to kill a bit of time, some pretty good acts on the lineup.

One of my favourites is just chilling on the hill doing some people watching, all sorts of characters to be found, try spotting these legends -

We never saw them in 2011, but saw them a couple of times last year.
