Alcohol and Pass Outs

Hi,

Im a CF Virgin, Ive been too many other fesitvals such as V, Download, Leeds, Rewind Rug and others ( Yes i have an extreamly varied musical taste haha) and ive never known an Alcohol Limit to be enforced? or A No Pass out Rule?

Are these both enforced as I normally like to leave stuff in my car and make a few trips whilst not carrying much? and Im a student I drink Loads
