Evanescence - What You Want

Evanescence posted their new single 'What You Want' yesterday, taken from the self-titled album out in October.

With their tour being promoted by Live Nation, they'll probably be at Download next year.

What does everyone think? Personally I love it and it's even better than I was expecting. So refreshing to hear a new more energetic musical direction from them. It was all getting rather depressing with The Open Door

I never did dislike any of their music but it was getting a tad depressing.

But a really good return to form for Evanesence and Amy Lee.

Surely puts them in contention for next years Festival.

Yeah that's decent...Evanescence live would be a real treat!

Although i don't mind their stuff i think they were fairly poor in 2007 where as 2008 Within Temptation were better imo. I just hope they can recapture some of the momentum they had before the break.
