DX "Valued Deliveries"

I sent a 'where are they' query on Tuesday. Got a reply saying they will be delivered on the 10th.

Turns out they'd tried and the person who's in the house re-arranged for today as she wasn't in yesterday.

Won't relax until I have confirmation they're there!

I really feel for you on this, especially as i have had no problems with DX for the past two years.

Last year they turned as promised, on the Thurday as requested.

This year I was a bit worried as no contact from them. Then two Sundays ago i get a TXT from the chap trying to deliver, asking for name and postcode?

He then phones me back and we arrange delivery for 8 -9 am the following morning, top bloke and great service.

I think you've just been unlucky mate, and I hope it will have a positive outcome.

The tracker says mine are due for delievery today. Is this still to be the case, if seetickets are recalling undelivered tickets? Still no sign of them as yet.....
