hey, i ordered ticket well paid deposit for 2 tickets i only paid for 1 the misses didnt wanna go so the 50sterling deposit for her ticket i should get 40 back but when does this arrive? i wanna contact see ticket by email cause live in ireland not want to be ringinging abroad for a long amount of time so prefer to email them but cant find an adress any ideas on what i should do?

Please someone help! Seetickets have completely messed up my sister's glasto tickets. She paid the balance and got a confirmation email to say it was being processed and thought no more about it. Recently she realised that the money hadn't been taken out of her account, called seetickets to be told her order had been cancelled! They couldn't even tell her why. There stock answer was: either you didn't have sufficient money in your account (which she did!) or you didn't enter your card details correctly (again she did because she has the extra security pop up screen on her account, which came up when making the payment). We are desperate. We have written to seetickets- nothing back. Emailing them constantly. Even calling the Glastonbury office but nothing.

I know how these things work, people can help if they want to! Does anyone have any suggestions at all? I'm gutted for my sister- she paid the balance for goodness sake and now all you hear is 'there is nothing we can do!' HELP!!!
