Ticket help?

Hey, just wondering if anyone out there can help?

One of my friends recently bought her rock ness ticket, but stupidly (i have no idea how!), managed to buy it without camping - the rest of us were smart enough and bought the camping tickets. Thing is, we're VIP and she called ticketmaster asking if she could exchange as the payment hadn't been processed but they'd sold out. She can't afford to buy another ticket unless she sells the one she has (VIP non camping). Any idea what she can do? I seen today that the VIP upgrade went on sale, and i'm wondering if anything similar will appear for her to upgrade to camping?

I went last year but can't remember what the chat was with stuff like that. Any help would be appreciated.

You can upgrade to camping at box office when you arrive on site.
