Got an email saying that delivery was attempted but no one was in, no card was left so I think this was a complete lie to start with. Phoned up and re-arranged delivery to my work for yesterday. Stayed in the office all day, my desk is next to reception which has someone on it all day anyway so there is no way it would have been missed but no one turned up.

Phoned up today and have been told they are due for re-delivery to my home address today?!

I've got a really busy week at work next week (because of being off for Glasto the following week) and so I'm going to be out of the office a lot, my Mum has had to go into hospital this last week so when I'm free next week and next weekend I'll be visiting her, and my new flat is due for completion anytime so I was going to use today and tomorrow to get things ready for that.

Instead, I'm going to have to sit in all day and wait for this ticket. DX have already shown that they can't be arsed re-delivering to my work address, so even if I leave my ID with reception they probably won't deliver anyway or are so inept they'd try to send it to my house again.

How do I get compensation for DX STEALING my time? Surely it would have made sense to use a courier that had a collection service and lots of depots? I know Royal Mail aren't the best sometimes but at least it's easy to collect something after a delivery is missed.

so having been imprisoned in my house all day i will be gutted if they don't show as that will leave next sat as the *only* possible time i could be in to get them. i work in court so can't have them delivered on weekdays

No sign of them yet, I've been sat out in the front garden waiting so no excuses on their part. They have less than three hours to get here, after which point I'll be contacting Seetickets to tell them their appointed delivery company has lied to me three times, wasted a day of my life and that they should be using a delivery company who offers collection as standard.

and there contact center closed just before 5 aswell they realy do take this piss has much as royal mail were apparntley bad at least all you had to do was walk to your nearest post office and bobs your uncle your tickets there

Nothing here either. I'm going to write a complaint to them, Seetickets and Glastonbury. I've got enough things going on with trying to move house and my Mum being in hospital without being repeatedly lied to by Dx.

They have wasted a day of my life, which could've been spent doing much more useful things!

The trouble is, I'm not Dx's customer. I'm not directly paying them for the service, they won't care how much of my time they waste, as long as I get the ticket at some point. This is why the complaint needs to go to all parties involved and I suggest other people do the same.

I waited in all day yesterday. At 6 I thought the baskets int coming! Just about to go out at 6 35 and there was a knock at the door! Poor chap was knackered. Covering N Glos through to NW wiltshire to get to me. 350 miles he did up till then.

At least they came on the day they were meant to. They still might show even now. Don't think they are working to normal hours.

After much nervous waiting mine came this afternoon!!

The delivery guy said that delivering the tickets has been a very pleasant job with everyones reactions when they get delivered! Its just a shame DX cant get there bums into gear organising it all..

Have read a few posts on here and, while I'm glad I'm not the only one, it's a bit worrying...

DX tried to deliver my tickets on 4th June - no email beforehand so i didn't know, missed them by 25 minutes. Went online and booked redelivery for 10th as I was off that day and work shifts so it's awkward most days.

Waited in all day on the 10th, rang DX at about 3.30pm, said my delivery wasn't booked. I told them I had booked it online and had a reference number but he didn't seem interested. Have now rebooked them to be delivered to my "local" depot, an hour's drive away! Finger's crossed they'll actually be there when I go.

I've sent a complaint to DX, I won't hold my breath for a reply...

Perhaps we should bombard See Tickets and urge them to use a different courier next time?
