Ticket Situation - HELP REQUIRED!

Apologies about raising another ticket related thread, but please stay with me!

I've had the e-amil from See on Tuesday, but I haven't had my tickets yet.

I work away from home all week and was wondering what the couriers have been doing if you're not home. I know last year that my tickets were left at the local sorting office. But i've heard people have had to rearrange deliveries to suit them!

Any help on this I would be extremely grateful!

You can arrange a delivery at

https://www.thedx.co.uk/RedeliveryRequest/s...eryRequest.aspx

Or ring DX and ask them when its being delivered.

Apparently dx arnt sending out emails anymore so after the Seetickets one it could turn up any time. Now DX "should" leave a card if you arnt there to sign for it, but ive heard they dont always do this, so baisically best bet if to phone them, find out when they plan to deliver and if your not in then get it delivered when you are, or to a work address or something

The couriers will leave a card so you can arrange a redelivery either to your home or to another place such as work or a friend's house. You can also arrange to collect them from one of the DX offices, but they don't have many around the country, so this could be a long way from your home. Collection can only be arranged over the phone, where-as redelivery and address changes can be done via their website.

Wasnt thinking about that

No you wont have a tracking number,

Still you can contact DX on:

0844 371 3335* (Unable to call 0844, please dial 01753 657 350)

give them your name and adress and they should be able to confirm when they have scheduled delivery, or as i say if its easier for you, you could just arrange a different date/place there and then

I'm in the same situation and not worrying tbh. DX are pretty good I think alot of people are jumping the gun, although there are some discrepancies in the procedure for informing people via e-mail which is causing some people concern.

Not only did i get 3 emails from See, i got one from DX and as i was out i got a post card through the door. Then a day later i got a letter from DX telling me i had to arrange a new delivery slot. Did it online no issues.

I'm just tagging this onto the end of this thread so that I don't start another 'Where's my ticket' thread. My boyfriend arranged for his tickets to be redelivered yesterday but they didn't come. I'm guessing that this is a regular occurrence at the moment and we shouldn't be too concerned? Does anyone know of a DX phone number where you get to speak to an actual person rather than an automated redelivery service? I'm going to shout at them. He took a day off work to wait in for the b*stards!

Dial the normal DX number, then choose the option to speak to an operator, that's what I did when I arranged to collect mine. Was on hold for 25 minutes, but worth it for stress reduction.
