Ticket Delivery Stress

Missed first delivery.

Went through website redelivery form and decided to have them sent to my mothers address, but changed my mind before submitting the form. Instead requested they were delivered to my wife's works address.

Checked DX tracker about 60 minutes ago and it was saying the tickets had been delivered, phoned wife and they hadn't...

She phones DX and has a 20 minute stressfull discusson with DX with them insisting the tickets had been delivered and that we needed to talk to Seetickets (basically washing their hands of it)

I then get a text from my mother saying they had been delivered to her. OK panic over, but

she didn't have my ID, my passport was in work with my wife.

So why did the DX delivery driver allow the tickets to be handed over to an address without any ID???

My brother has got our tickets redelivered to my house, will I need his I.D as he booked them?

Or will mine be enough as one of the tickets is mine?

However, judging from the opening post, I shouldn't be too worried about the I.D situation!

Got mine delivered at work today, the guy wasn't even interested in seeing my ID. By pure chance I was walking past the lifts as he came in, I spotted him and realised who he was so I spoke to him; when he showed me the envelope I said it was for me and he took my word for it and gave it to me. I signed for it but didn't need to show my ID.

There are a couple of hundred people in my office, I'd like to think that none of them are dishonest enough to take a delivery that is not theirs but you never know.
