Gorrilaz Vs U2, the poll

I am pretty chuffed I can see Gorillaz, they are certainly big enough and something different from your typical booking. As long as they play a sort of greatest hits with new songs it will be a awesome performance, I wouldn't doubt Albarn's ability to put on a hell of a show.

However U2 playing would have certainly been one of those glastonbury moments, perhaps the greatest because nobody can doubt they do have the songs to absolutely blow that Pyramid away. But we will see them in the future, maybe not next year as ticket sales would be an absolute nightmare but certainly within the next 5 years.

I chose U2 but have no doubt Gorillaz will smash it, I'm just wandering what sort of crowd it will be...bouncy or just mellow?

I wander what this visual system is for the Pyramid, Muse must be planning something absolutely huge in terms of visuals so Gorillaz may have the added benefit for their performance.

Purely because I wouldnt give Bono my attention for a second and would have been happy watching the Flaming Lips, now I have decision to make. Think I'll stick to my guns and go see Lips...
