Soundgarden have reformed..

I left my superunknown shirt in my PE locker at school :-(

This still saddens me, I'm not sure I'm ready for their comeback to unleash that pain again.

ok, i am a soundgarden oober geek (i will not prove it unless you want me to).

i completly agree with a previous poster when he stated that soundgarden are not a band that when you first listen to them you love them straight away. you need to nurture them to appreciate their beauty.

for a starter i would either advise superunknown (which is my favourite album of all time) or the last 2 thirds of A-sides album. their earlier stuff is an aquired taste and only to be truelly apprecuated if you are a big fan. bad motor finger is a good album but is appreciated more by the rocky'er of music lovers.

if soundgarden played the best music festival in the world i would cream my pants. pearl jam are in hyde park the same weekend so it could happen as a few joint sg, temple of the dog & pj gigs may occur as they have done in the past. though matt cameron (pj's & sg's drummer) may become a tad tired from doing all of this.
