Finishing time - Sunday

Hi,

I'm looking at booking the ferry home on Sunday, but am unsure when the festival finishes.

Please can someone tell me when the Sunday headliner usually starts their set, and when they usually finish?

Also what is the traffic like out of the festival on the Sunday night? How long should I allow to drive from the site to Cowes?

They are usually on around 9-11ish.

I'd suggest you leave before the end of the main set to stand a good chance of getting back into Cowes. Have you booked a ferry? Don't forget you have to be there 30 mins or so before the ferry leaves also, plus the traffic can be queued right down into Cowes even leaving 20 mins or so before the main act finishes. We've often had to get off the shuttle bus at the top of the hill and walk the last 400 metres. I'd probably not risk booking anything prior to 12.30 and even with that crossing I'd advise you are in your car before the end of the headliners set.
