A friend of mine had registered. When I came to book his ticket it said his reg number wasn't valid. When we checked the registration email that he'd been sent, it said that his registration ran out in July 2009, despite the fact that he'd registered in the middle of August. Sucks big horse c*ck. Hopefully we'll be able to get a ticket for him when they go back on sale.

i had the same thing with my registration email - registered this august but the confirmation said it ran out July 09.

came on here and some others had been told by see to register again just in case. looked myself up on the see site and the reg was there fine, valid until 2012 and worked fine on sunday.

seems like there are bugs in the system all over the place. i'm a fan of the registration system, all in favour of keeping the touts at bay and, if i'm honest, it's one more little thing to get excited about doing (!).

but when it's keeping genuine festival lovers, who have made the effort to have everything organised in time, from buying tickets then they really do need to take a good look at it in my opinion.

sorry to all of you who got caught up in the problems - i for one am on the re-sale watchtower (for friends who weren't organised enough to get registered in time) so will be posting on here as soon as i see anything, i'm sure everyone will get sorted in the end

The 4 people in my group registered several times as our photos were rejected so many times although they seemed to tick all the right boxes and we checked the reg numbers several times in the week . .proberbly alittle paranoid !!. . .

But on sunday 2 peoples reg numbers were showing invalid when we tried to buy tickets nightmare !!!!!! , luckly we did manage to get tickets using 1 of there other reg numbers but i was really hacked off with the very poor system and basic admin failure that occured.

I feel sorry for all the people who only registered once and didn't have the choice to use another number i've emailed them to complain4 all u guys who missed out good luck with the resales !!!

This happened to a few people in our group.. very frustrating!!

Will they send out emails when they are releasing more tickets as we dont always come on this site??
