Hey guys, my friends have decided to leave me. So, i'm on my own for V. I was just wondering, because I know my mum is going to be a bit nervous too, possibly make me sell my ticket. As i'm only 16 it's understandable that mother will be protective of her 6'2 little boy :) I was just wondering really if anyone is willing to let me hang with them all weekend? I promise I won't be annoying, I know about the eFest camp and shall be joining you amazing people. But is eFest 'camp' only gatherings of eFesters in the campsite or also going to watch bands together?

Please let me know..

I think i've waited waaay to long not to go now. But hopefully my mum won't make me sell my ticket or not let me go.

Do you think i'll be okay on my own?

P.S, how the frikken heck am I supposed to get all my stuff to Orange site on ma own :| AHH! hehe :rolleyes:

Still go! Get your mates to give your mum their ticket so she can come too

But seriously you will still have an amazing new time, meet loads of great people, and have 10x more fun than you would with your let down mates. Meet up with the Efest peeps, they seem like a pretty good bunch!

As for lugging stuff to orange, invest in a wheelbarrow! Hope you still make it! Offer to *shock horror* wash your own clothes when you get back. Your mum will be so shocked she will say yes!

Are you putting yourdelf forward as a responsible adult there Bek?? :)

Danny we had a few guys in Efest Camp last year who were on their own and they had a great time. As Beki has said there is always someone who will want to who want to, so don't worry.

There will be no drinking for you though and you will be expected to be in bed by 9 oclock at night :(

I would ring your mum to tell her I will look after you, but I can't look after myself mate.

The most mature one of our group has just turned 14 and he is a foot or even more taller than me and very sensible, he will be with us if you wanna tell you mum you are gonna meet up with him

    • World Cup 2026: What is happening with ticket prices? - BBC Sport   Sounds like Infantino has been learning from his buddy if he's running around claiming its all sold out while quietly dumping tickets below face on assorted secondary websites.
    • Mac DeMarco also cancelled
    • I'm British so it very much would apply for me.   I mean, it's a moot point as I don't have tickets so will not be in town for this, but I've heard reports of lengthy queues and given I remember Lisbon Airport having a long queue at arrivals even pre-EES when I went in 2023, I seem to guess it might be quite the wait, depending on flight paths.   Certainly, the worst I've had pre-EES was a 45 minute wait for a stamp at Valencia Airport in Spain, where 4 flights to non-EU destinations in quick succession were placed one after the other. So I can't say I'm enthusiastic about what's in store. Or you know. Maybe I'm just overthinking it.
    • Out of interest keep seeing messages saying last 12 hours etc… to buy you full weekend tickets.  Whats that about? Do they take them off sale early?
