This is a festival!! any things nickable, But on the other hand they should be quite easy to spot, not to many places about one's self to hide a camp bed :(:(:(:(

If it cost you more than a tenner then leave it at home and just buy a cheap airbed if you look around you will get a single for just over £5, or even a cheap lilo.

If you are supper young, don't need much sleep and can sleep on a board you could even use one of those roll mat thing

If you still want to take your campbed then just be friendly with your neighbours & share a can or 2 (no better neighbourhood watch than chums at a festival)

Good thing about disposable bbq's is that you can make a little fire in them. Which is always nice.

I have heard rumours of people being told by security to put these out but I've never seen it myself and we always do it.

I love airbeds. But I like my creature comforts. My friend once bought an inflatable sofa and inflated just the arm rest part and slept curled in that. He said it was the comfiest nights sleep he had in ages! I did comment he probably drank so much vodka he THOUGHT it was, but he said it was definitely the cusion!!

Foam rollmat, does the job. Not as comfy as an airbed but doesn't take up much room and stops any problems of sleeping on rough ground / gets you off a cold floor.

Personally I think sleeping on the floor is better that the hassle of bringing the foam rollmats. They really do nothing.

Lots of good suggestions here, but if you're going down the route of a duvet it's best to buy one after you've set up. You wouldn't think it, but duvets are a big effort to carry because they're so bulky.

    • My understanding is that the queues returning back to the UK will be much worse (up to two hours) but the queue entering Lisbon isn’t so bad. That’s just from reading a few forum posts about it though so take it with a pinch of salt!

    • World Cup 2026: What is happening with ticket prices? - BBC Sport   Sounds like Infantino has been learning from his buddy if he's running around claiming its all sold out while quietly dumping tickets below face on assorted secondary websites.
    • Mac DeMarco also cancelled
    • I'm British so it very much would apply for me.   I mean, it's a moot point as I don't have tickets so will not be in town for this, but I've heard reports of lengthy queues and given I remember Lisbon Airport having a long queue at arrivals even pre-EES when I went in 2023, I seem to guess it might be quite the wait, depending on flight paths.   Certainly, the worst I've had pre-EES was a 45 minute wait for a stamp at Valencia Airport in Spain, where 4 flights to non-EU destinations in quick succession were placed one after the other. So I can't say I'm enthusiastic about what's in store. Or you know. Maybe I'm just overthinking it.
