Weston Park Yesterday

Was up Weston Park yesterday, had a wonder round - could not get my bearings as to where anything was or should be until I stumbled on this. Its what me and my mates call the 'haunted tree' and its smack ban in the middle of what will be Red Camp - anyone recognise it?

The place looked so different (obviously) - I only hope the weather is the same in 2 weeks time.

Apparently works starts this Monday in setting things up - I was suprised cos I thought it may have already began - was nice to see the place in its natural state though.

its really weird seeing the site without barriers, surly security staff and drunks...

Suprisingly, very dry. I didn't see any muddy, damp or wet patches and I had a good walk round the place. The grass was a bit long though, a good 7 or 8 inches long - not sure if they'll be getting the flymo out at all.
