What is the deal? I have registered my pic 3 times and it hassnt been approved neither have two of my friends although another two friends have recieved confirmation numbers through, but we all used the same computer and camera to take and upload the pics any ideas whats going wrong?

And before the cheekiness begins, no we are not hackett:)

Not been approved, or just haven't heard anything? They're taking their time approving them just now. If you had the email saying they're not acceptable then it could be a few things. Hair covering face, too dark, cheesy grins, either that or you're hackett.....

We sent in our first attempt a month ago, the second attempt went in about a week ago and the third attempt this last Saturday. All of the pics that we sent were, if anything, better than the pics that we have on our passports, so I can't see what the problem is

Took us 4 attempts to get registered and when we finally did we got approved within a couple of hours of uploading our pics. My husbands still hasnt been approved on 6th attempt! Photos have ranged and most people are smiling in them

I registered at 2pm this afternoon and had everything sorted by 4pm?

I am not sure whats going on with the Glasto Admin, perhaps some of us are just more photogenic than others?

This is getting ridiculous 7 times I've tryied to register my hubby using different pictures and no luck. Emailed theseetickets photo info as to ask why and they haven't got back to me its ridiculous!

But seriously I ahve uploaded pics for 5 other people and non of them are perfect people are smiling etc in them and they have all been confirmed. Don't know what to do!

I have registered a week ago. Haven't heard anything from them. Today I registered again. I don't think my photo is the problem because they didn't say that my picture wasn't accepted,either.

How long did it take for your registration to come through?! Four of my group of six have been within 24 hours the others are taking what seems like a long while even though it has only been 3/4 days?!

Did you re-register or just leave it?

I registered yesterday my one took under 2 hours and my partners took about the same time - it was only by the off chance I signed up after the reading festival with kids i though now about a carvan this time round?
