Help Trying To Change Tickets On Renfe

I was wondering if someone could help me regarding my train tickets returning from Benicassim to Barcelona?

We have booked 5 tickets returning from Benicassim on the 15:00 train on the 22nd July, however we have been trying to change it to a train on the 21st. After clicking on 'Ticket Changes' then entering our ticket number or locator number, we are asked to enter details in a number of fields :

Origin

Destination

Departure Date

E-mail

???viajesForm.txt5???

I have filled in the first four fields, however I am not sure what the last field is. What is the '???viajesForm.txt5???' field for? I have left out that field and pressed accept but it just says :

"Reference: G001 The process cannot continue right now. We apologise for any inconvenience"

Can anyone please please help me out here It's doing my head in!
