I repaired the slash on my tent which I suffered at Leeds Festival '08 today. I got all homely too and decided to wash my tent. Which was quite handy as it helped me find two more tiny holes. Duct tape is in this year isn't it?

Got the big tent out and put it up. Split poles all fixed but a few small tears that will need repairing. Hope it stays dry for me to pack it away.

Had a test load of some of our gear in the back of a Nissan Navarra that I was planning to borrow for the week and discovered it's actually got less room than in the back of my old Saab hatchback with the seats down. So back to Plan A and taking my own car.

Better to find out now than on the morning of departure.
