Ticketmaster tickets?

I just bought my tickets from ticketline.co.uk and it says to collect them from the box office... is the box office at Rockness? I dont remember seeing any box offices last year..?

HELP!

has anyone collected their tickets from the box office before?

Don't worry about it, I haven't collected a ticket but have bought one at the box office. It will be the same place. It was on the green patch between the festival site and purple campsite on the map below(where 'G4' is pointing at)....

ARGHHHHH I HATE TICKETMASTER

After being left on hold for about 40 minutes, I've been told the tickets are being dispatched today... not yesterday like they had said... and I should have them Wednesday or Thursday, but if not to call them

Can't chillax properly until I've got my ticket!!

We ordered our it will be two weeks ago on Thursday(28th of May) and they came 5 days later on the Tuesday(2nd of June).

I thought Ticketmaster always said to make sure you get tickets before you go to the event because there is always the chance you are getting ripped off if the company you buy from tells you to collect on site. I didn't think Ticketmaster would tell you to collect them on site.

If they haven't dispatched them in time for some folk then they would need to arrange for collection cos there would be no other way to get them!

Tickets arrived today, we're in east ayrshire.

What about coming to the site from Ayr/Kilmarnock area, is there an area we should head to and intercept the signs to the carpark (we're weekend camping from saturday). Can we pay for parking at the gates to the car park?
