So Ozomatli are playing Shephards Bush on the Monday after Glastonbury.

Fingers crossed etc. They've been fantastic the last couple of times I've seen them.

if you've got the Julien Temple Glastonbury film, the bit where the guy takes a running leap from the stage into the crowd is ozomatli.

Hopefully they will be back on the jazz world if they do play. Last year they were in the pussy parleur (sp) in the dance village, and the atmosphere was a bit muted from the crowd and them.

There was no drum bit at the end either where they go into the crowd, which was disappointing. Every other time Ive seen them theyve done that at Jazz world and their own gigs (bristol academy was 1 really good one). I think last year they came on after kings of leon had finished, and they seemed to be conscious of what time they had to finish it seemed to me.

Never quite managed to catch them but always heard great things so will definitely make more effort this year.
