First Timer - Stall Confrimed . . .

Hello

This is my first post here, so just wanted to say hi.

Its also going to be my first Glastonbury Festival, but my wife has been many times before as a spectator - we live in Glastonbury btw.

This year we managed to secure a small stall for our charity that works exclusively for an Orphanage in India called the Aarti Home - http://www.aartihome.com - which is home to 86 of the most beautiful children you could ever wish to meet.

As part of our campaign to promote awareness of Aarti Home in the UK, we will be selling products that a women's group make at the orphanage, having a raffle, showing some video and the documentary that was made about the home in 2007 together with some photographs that we have taken whilst li9ving and working with the kiddies!

Our most pressing need is for volunteer teachers at the Aarti School - so if you know anyone that is looking for a GAP year experience or someone who is looking to take and an extended leave from the UK - please direct them to our website.

WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY VOLUNTEER FEES - EVER - for the privilege of volunteering at Aarti Home - we even provide accommodation and food for the duration of your stay and may even be able to offer candidates a modest local salary too.

PS - we may also need a little help/cover during the festival together with some assistance in "setting up" just before the opening.

PPS - some of our colleagues have already donated their time - a 4x4 and a marquee at no cost to Aarti Home - for that we will be forever grateful.

PPPS - ALL (100%) of the proceeds go direct to Aarti Home.

I'm going for a initial teacher training next year, so other than being a couple of years too early,

that volunteer-teaching offer sounds cool!
