Traveling from Exit to bennicasim

I'm going to both these festivals, after an amazing benni las year.

Exit Festival finishes on the 12th while benicasim starts proper on the 16th, wanted 2 find out if there was any possibility of interrailing down to spain in the time, cos we'd rather not go by plane. If anyone has done this trip before, it would be great to know how long it took ya, or any advice. thanx
