Its a fair distance yes, but I need to make up the miles after missing so much training, and I have a race in under 2 weeks!

I am fine thankyou. The race is only 10K so 6.2 miles, but my coach has me running miles and miles! The meanie!

It is that! I went for a 2 hour dog walk today and nearly froze my important bits off!

I was actually just wondering how many layers I need to wear tomorrow to go running.

its going to be very cold tomorrow morning!

I do not have anywhere like that here, and its a shame or I could run there, but tomorrow I will have to run on the roads as the pavements will be too dangerous. I will dig out a base layer to wear.

Right, I am off to bed. I have filled up some hot water bottles and put them in everyones tents to try and help keep them warm. Camping central heating!

Last year fruitbat hinted at a fest this year dependent on a good slot. Leftfield would've been perfect but obviously is no more. Talk on carter forum is of headlining the ben and jerrys thing on clapham common. Also talk of gigs in november again tho

I've managed to sneak up on the giant insects and grab a snap.

They were taking a break from selling OJ and started playing an impromptu set. Pretty good they were too, although a few losers started taking the pith.
