Registering

Hi all

I already have my ticket sorted but am now trying to sort one for my missus. Does anyone know what the currect situation with tickets is? See tickets page appears to show they are still available but i have been trying to register her for about a month now (literally every day) only when i fill in all her details, put her picture in and then press register it brings up a page saying that it cant do it at the moment, possibly because it is too busy. Like i said this has been happening for about a month. Starting to get a bit worried i wont get her a ticket.

I emailed the festival office about a week ago but no reply as yet.

Any help/advice anyone can give would be thankfuly recieved.

I brought my ticket a couple days ago. I got the 'we're too busy screen' too, but I re entered the details immediately and the registration went through 2nd time. My advice is for you to keep trying as tickets are most definately on sale atm

Yep try using a different browser i.e. Internet Explorer/Firefox/Safari one of those should work. Or try a different computer like at a library or something?

i had exactly the same problem trying to register in November.

i'm using firefox but when i tried doing it in internet explorer it sailed through no problem at all

give that a shot, hope it works

Had the same problem using Firefox, went through first time on IE
