DRINK IN ARENA?

Me an my friends were at weston and we got searched but it was so so so easy to still get booze in wif u anyway, all i did were wrap my cans up in a jumper and stick em at the bottom of my bag they never even checked!

we also put cans down our trousers and up our sleeves!

Go to Glasto instead, there's none of this arena bollocks ... you can drink anywhere you choose!

just fill up 500ml coke bottles with JD and coke, lemonade bottles with Soco+lemonade etc etc...even if they do search you the bottles just look like soft drinks so there are no problems (your allowed to take small soft drink/water bottles into the arena.)

Did this all weekend last year with no problems, we had a rucksack and it never even got opened - walked up to the gate to the arena a few times drinking cans stopped infront of it, finished them off and threw them in the bin without being asked it makes you look like your obeying the rules

In my experience, if you look willing to open your bag to them, they dont check you.

Also, with Oasis playing, there will be plenty of dodgy looking characters around to keep security busy whilst we innocent looking people just saunter through with our bags of wine etc...

I was at Hylands last yr and gettin drink it was a right pain in the back side! We tried everything and some got through but not with much!

We tried to pre-mix some vidka redbull in one of those cheap redbull (Kick) bottles and take that through but they checked the seal and wouldnt let us through as it was opened. I had a big blue wig that I had found and I hid the bottle in that and they also checked my wig! I then tried (with the same drink lol) going round to the side of the arena where i found a gap of around 6inches where the ground was uneven. I placed my bottle under the fence. Walked back round got searched etc and all was fine, managed to get the bottle and as soon as i got it hid it in my wig again. Only to have security come running after me and took it off me! Screwing!!

A friend managed to put one of those string bags on her back with a couple of drinks in and put a jacket over it but they even clocked that after the first time.

We found on the final day that if u take a flask and dont hide it they just let u in. We took some unopened mixers and a flask of vodka, sorted

Get the girls in your group to put cans or whatever down the back of their shorts, and tie a coat round their waists! Not gunna touch their asses now are they?

Always got checked last year and again had walked out with a Carling Cup too meet my friends and they wudnt let me back in with it bas%$£ds!!

Sneak stuff in james bond style like down your trousers or something easiest way sometimes they not even smell mixed up stuff in a fruit juice bottle never been stopped or checked

to be honest i think its quite random....i saw quite a few peeps having beer taken off then, but then me and my mates took loads in every night?? It depends who is on the gate...how dodgy you look...e.t.c

My girlfriend used to walk up to security with her bag already open for them to check, bottle of water in hand and showing her wrist band - because she was so eager they never even looked in her bag or at her wrist band and waved her through. EXCEPT......the bottle of water she was holding was Sambuca....she had booze hidden in the bottom of her bag....and more booze hidden on her person!

I also saw people throwing booze over the fence into the arena.....i wouldn't suggest that though.....imagine a can hitting you on the noggin!!

Last year my mate tied a 7 up bottle full of lager to his fingers and then draped his coat over it. He put his arms to be frisked and the c oat totally stayed in place hiding the booze. He was cool as a cuc though!
