  1. And a press release from Blink-182 says that they’ll be headlining When We Were Young 2023 alongside Green Day.
  2. To be fair, Green Day have been teasing a new album/project called ‘1972’ for a while now. I’d be surprised if it’s not out sometime next year. KSI is the definite one for me though, I doubted it myself but he was absolute about it. And tbh it does make sense for him, as much as I don’t rate his music.
  3. I’ve never claimed that, nor any Glastonbury headliners ever! 😂 you must be confusing me for someone else.
  4. I certainly don’t, unless the info I received is bullshit - but I don’t believe it is. Everyone thought it was rubbish when I said that Polo G was subbing this year, and look what happened.
  5. ‘Wintering’ has been confirmed as a Christmas song too, buzzing for that haha
  6. 100%, especially if you look at the bands who have done the Thursday in recent years. The Wombats, Happy Mondays, Scouting For Girls, Wet Wet Wet, Razorlight.
  7. That doesn’t really matter, he’s still the reason the songs are big. some of those Top 40 singles are with Craig David, Offset, Lil Durk, Trippie Redd,, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne etc - all of whom don’t chart reach those heights their own single releases. Tom Grennan’s new single peaked at #54, his KSI collab went straight to the Top 10.
  8. 17 top 40 singles across 3 years now. Clearly KSI’s music career isn’t just a fad, so it’s silly to compare to actual one-hit wonder YouTuber-turned musicians.
  9. There will be tbf, especially from the heavy RATM rocker and dark fruits crowds, but they’d both have massive audiences anyway.
  10. Yeah, I've been told that The 1975 are doing this and IOW.
  11. My source works with KSI’s music team, so he is 100%. I’m not entirely sure where he heard about the other headliners, but he’s been right in the past. So I’d say I’m about 90-95% sure on the other 4. I wouldn’t have posted them here if I wasn’t too sure, I don’t want to ruin my reputation!
  12. He has a great hit rate too. By the end of this week he’ll have had 12 Top 20 singles in the last 3 years, with most of those being Top 10 singles.
  13. Even weirder in Southampton, we have Inhaler and Sports Team on the same night! Though ST was on sale for months before Inhaler announced.
  14. Sports Team’s upcoming UK tour has had some pretty serious venue downgrades. Southampton has gone down from the Guildhall (1750 cap) to The Loft (300 cap). That’s the same venue they played here in 2019, not good at all!
  15. I’m surprised MGK didn’t do the O2 this time tbh, tickets seemed to go almost straight away back in March for Wembley. I suppose it gives him something to build up to next time though.
  16. MGK’s crowd demographics at Wembley seemed perfect for R&L too. It seemed about half emo-ish people and half “football lads”, all about 16-24.
  17. KSI headlining is 100% btw, deny all you want! My source has got things right two years in a row now so I'm not doubting. You're right about the single, but he doesn't even have an album announced yet! I'm sure he will do though.
  18. The NME have posted a review of MGK at Wembley, and the exact quote does kinda sound like a self-confirmation tbh:
  19. ‘The Funeral’ did chart, it got to #80. Not massively high, but higher than a lot of alt/rock acts get.
  20. Roughly: 19:00: 44phantom 19:45: iann Dior 20:45: MGK It went on until just after 11! Though he said they’d gone 20 minutes over the allotted time so would have to pay 50k to Wembley lol.
  21. Tom Grennan’s announced an arena tour for next year, including a date at the O2. Could he sub MSW now?
  22. He said something along the lines of “I hope to headline Reading & Leeds one day” rather than an proper confirmation. it was a fantastic show though.
  23. Definitely not, he’s far too big for that. He played the O2 not too long ago!
