I have to defend Werchter. Ticket price is 266 euro, no further costs. Camping is 30 euro, no further costs. Inmusic is 94 euro plus fee. Caping is 33 euro plus fee. Still a great difference, but not the difference you mention.

Rock Werchter 2023 will probably be on June 29th and 30th, and July 1st and 2nd.

You can get your bracelet on Wednesday when you stay at the Hive, Hive resort or Hive Myspace. The other campsites aren't open until Thursday, so we have to get our bracelet at the main entrance. So calculate some time for that.

Staying at Camping A1 you can best park at parking A8. It's not possible to reach it from the east. There is the village Werchter and it's closed from that direction. You have to go to the village Haacht, from there you will be guided towards the parking. At camping A1 there is plenty of space, depends where you want to drop your tent. From the back of camping A1 we usually walk about 25 minutes towards the festival area. So you probable will be in time for Fontaines DC.

Yes, every year they change. So you won't be able to use tokens from 2019.

Price for the Hive parking is 20 euros when you arrive on Wednesday, 15 euros when you arrive on Thursday. You have to pay cash and if you wanna leave the parking for instance on Saturdaymorning and come back a few hours later, you have to pay the parking fee again.

Be aware that you purchase the right voucher for your breakfast. There is a difference between the Hive resort, the Hive myspace and the Hive (regular campsite). For the last one the breakvocuher cost 50 euros for 4 breakfasts. For a festival it's not cheap, it's not expensive. My post above is for the regular campsite.

This is what the website mentions about the breakfast. For me it wouldn't be enough to start a busy day at the festival site. You can book your daily breakfast at The Hive's Waxbar in advance. Buy a breakfast voucher and enjoy a delicious breakfast on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning, including a croissant, chocolate bun, yogurt and bacon and eggs. Every day you have the choice between a hot beverage or juice with your breakfast. Breakfast is served between 8 am and 11.30 am every morning at Waxbar (The Hive - Central Park).

In this Dutch written article it is mentioned that you get a tent and 2 mattresses for 16 euro per night. For 32 euros you get a tent, 2 mattresses, 2 sleeping bags, 2 chairs, a table and a lamp. You can collect it at Leuven Station and you're supposed to bring it back. This is what I've found on their website. Unfortunately it's only in Dutch or French. At the time one voucher was 2,75 euro (2,50 euro if you bought the vouchers in advance). The new price is 3,50 euro (3,25 euro if you buy them in advance). So the food which cost 11 euros in 2018 will now cost 14 euros.

On the Rock Werchter site it is mentioned that they only sell vouchers for the 4day festival, not for the other festivaldays. 20 tickets is normally enough for me for a day. Depends on what you want. I drink a lot of water at the waterpoints, but if you want to drink beer all day ...

Not only this thread. Also on the Festileaksforum there are a few insiders, so there are more insiders. But I will wait what the organization from Werchter will publish. I'm a bit pessimistic with Queens of the Stone Age, Faith no More, the Streets, Aerosmith, Avenged sevenfold, Lionel Richie, Of Mice and men already cancelling their tour.

According to the insiders, there will be 2 extra days. Saturday June 18th another Werchter Boutique, that Sunday there will be Boutique with Gorillaz and Stromae. Sunday June 26th another Werchter Classic, that Saturday there will be Classic with Nick Cave and Placebo. But all insiders say that plans can change every day. Artists postponing tours, cancelling. For instance everybody thought Bruce Springsteen would perform, but that plan didn't happen. So we just to have wait who will perform. Still strange times.
