That was my first Glasto and first Pyramid headliner. Utterly blown away and needless to say, hooked on the festival from there on in. The sheer happiness on the crowds face was great to see. Hearing people carrying on singing Viva La Vida as they left the Pyramid too was such a brilliant moment. Not seen them since, always liked them. Really hope they're there next year personally and it'll be quite emotional thinking back to that first Glasto experience and the inredible memories I've amassed, 8 Glasto's on!

Why does it further rule them out cos they'd be exclusive? F****n gutted if so. Glasto are missing a massive trick not having them headline. Hopefully they do at some point as it'll be monumental and silence a lot of doubters.

Hi, quick one. Do we know that the deposit has to be paid straight away like the year before last, or has it remained that there is a gap between confirmation and payment?

Completed the spreadsheet. 7 groups of 6 people, let's see how many are successful. My spreadsheet is in Excel and I've told our WhatsApp group I'll be emailing/sharing it the day before ticket sale because I'm paranoid someone will accidentally edit it or change a number. I may be being over the top haha. I dont want to set the permissions for them not to edit it, because I guess that means they can't copy and paste the Reg/Post Codes then, which would defeat the point.

They have their own Gil Scott-Heron? Really though, what does GSH stand for. I know I'll kick myself...

Some great names in the mix. Shania would obliterate it. Legend material without a shadow of doubt. An hour set of her absolute bangers and power ballads? Yes please. I was obsessed with Come on Over album at school. A constant in my portable cd player.

This would certainly be a standalone one-off gig, if it is try. I may be able to get some info on this in the next few months... 😬 (Not in any way professing to be in the know regarding the likes of Daft Punk, but I do have some involvement in Paris 2024, especially the opening ceremony).

I went to the gig looking forward to it as I've always liked her, but this was another level of showmanship. She is an absolute icon. She also embodies the Glasto ethos, speaks up for minority groups with sincerity, and an all round excellent person. Definitely didn't shed a tear with the wife hearing Pink sing "Perfect" at the piano...

Saw her at Villa Park a few months back. She is the only artist that both me and my wife like collectively (my wife much more than me). I can safely say it was one of the greatest musical and theatrical performances I have ever witnessed. It was absolutely incredible. Her voice is astonishing, her relationship with the crowd, humour, acrobatics, superb. She has more than enough absolute belters. This will be one of those where days weeks and months after a headline Glasto set, this place would be beaming about how much she annihilated it. It isn't even a debate. There were people on this very forum questioning whether Elton John was suitable to headline Glasto 🤦

If Green Days US Tour starts in March, is it unlikely they'd be starting in UK/Europe in June? Surely be a bit later in 2024?
