Agreed. If it was a concern about selling out they’d have delayed the sale weeks or at least days ago, not four hours beforehand.

Pushing it even closer to Christmas which is the most demanding time of year financially isn’t great, but if people have the money now then they can just hold onto it for two weeks, surely? Baffled.

I mean it’s certainly not the case that I don’t like Evermore, but it’s definitely the one I return to the least. Probably because I was still obsessed with Folklore when it landed so I never listened to it on repeat for months like I usually do with her albums, and therefore don’t associate memories and times in my life with it to the same extent.

Because Folklore is her best album and all the others are better than Evermore

Impossible to hate an album which set her on her path to superstardom, but it definitely has the most skips of any of her releases.

Folklore Red Speak Now 1989 Lover Reputation Taylor Swift Midnights Fearless Evermore There’s quite a step down after the top six, and again from Midnights to Fearless, but there’s still not an outright bad album in her discography which is very impressive going this far down the road.

The reverb seems to be controversial, in particular on Style, but I love it. This Love is suddenly like the soundtrack to a daydream where it was usually a skip for me previously.

Still some notable exclusions and questionable inclusions (think we’d probably leave after Ray of Light) but it is as good as it was ever realistically gonna get.

Yeah the label seem to have moved on to Get Him Back already. Probably the best song from the second half of the album but Lacy is still my favourite overall. And not just because she sounds like Lorde on it.

Impressive stuff but as I say the legs on it will be interesting. Sour had enormous staying power because it had radio hit after radio hit, whereas (other than Vampire) the individual songs on Guts don’t seem to be taking off in the same way.. yet.
