looking at the rabid fandoms, imagine the ticket day chaos if it was strongly hinted at Taylor and Harry to headline.

Only 2 things i would like is max ticket buy to be 2 per person and once that person has bought tickets they are out (see people on TD saying they got in 3 times a bought 18 tickets). Not sure if its technically possible and i know the big group people will hate it but thats my preference. Doubt they will do anything as the presser is always 'GLASTONBURY TICKETS SELL OUT IN 34 SECONDS' as if the festival needs to generate hype.

the other half has given me the green light so going to have another crack at getting in the queue to get to the queue to queue up for the queue for tickets. Not going to be to worried if i don't as where i live now there's half a dozen other smaller festivals to have a crack at. Good luck to all.

don't really mind the flags with a bit of a laugh or are a bit random but the flags just to declare what football team you support are a f**king embarrassment and the person holding them should be lined up and pushed into a long drop.

This, the flag waving pro-gun pro-republican is abhorrent if you listen or read some of the lyrics, the jingoistic stuff is cringe a best, which is a shame as some superb musicians get lost in the bullshit.

unfortunately thats me and mrs ICE out this year, with selling and buying a house, moving costs and all that no way can i justify dropping nearly a grand on going to a festival, looks like local individual gigs instead.

Ticketmasters business model is to throttle actual traffic to their site while their bots siphon off tickets to send straight to stubhub, Harry Styles tickets front of stage appeared on that site for £2000+ within about 30 seconds of going on sale. I wouldn't piss on ticketmaster if it was on fire, buts its all tied into the livenation monopoly and we all know about that.

do we still think tickets are going to be hard to come by what with the massive increase in inflation and cost of living, Glasto must use an awful lot of energy and all thats going to need paying for. 10/15% inflation and that increase that should put tickets at £350-£400.

Mrs the ICESTONE says the only way we are going again is with WV or similar, she ain't doing the site camp stuff (bad reaction to lads trying to light a fire with deodrant cans right next our tent). That being said i will be getting a couple of decent chairs, the difference that makes camping is unbelievable. and the usual chestnut of being a lot fitter!!

I'm gonna give it a try, never even got close to a ticket in the years pre-covid (since i went in 2010), not going to worry too much as i had a blast chatting on here and watching on iplayer. Not sure Mrs ICE is so keen on normal camping so might have to dangle the worthy view carrot should i hit the jackpot. If not i will be on the hunt for others to go to.
