Didn’t I read somewhere that ozzy is booked up?
He keeps delaying tour dates for health reasons. His original UK dates were meant to be at some point last year I think but he's delayed it for the 2nd time to some point next year. Be surprised if it goes ahead at this rate

I'd absolutely love panic subbing taylor

Lot of places doing the plastic cup thing and I've got a few now from cricket/festivals. Would love a glastonbury branded one

Saw The XX at bbc introducing in 2013 and thought they were terrible. But then I loved them on main a couple of years later
Bullet for my Valentine at slam dunk 2019 was appalling and had a completely unnecessary 5 minute drum solo. Moby Dick is the only acceptable lengthy drum solo
Megadeth at sonisphere 2011. Doesn't help that I don't like their music but they were boring as sin
The Strokes at reading 2011. Left after a couple of songs
The 2nd half of Craig David at Glastonbury 2017. This was so bad because he started so well, went into a DJ set and ruined the whole thing. I mainly found it extremely frustrating
Noels band (flying birds?) Glasto 2013 opening the other. So so so boring
Pharell Williams Glasto 2015. My entire group thought this was unbearable and one regards it as the worst set he's ever seen

Don't know who this KK cat is, but I reckon Kendrick could be up for doing it for the prestige and accept a reduced fee. He's headlined R&L so Glastonbury is his next natural step up. His pals Flying Lotus, Thundercat and Kamasi Washington all seemed incredibly buzzed first times they all played and made reference to Glastonbury being a real thing to do in their circles over in the US.
It's Kevin Keegan doing keepy uppys for an hour and a half

Only reason I've decided to get into Daft Punk is this thread. Can't wait to be disappointed when they don't play

Taylor Swift shortened from 10/11 to 1/2 with William Hill.
Just checked and she was available at 10/1 back in July. Now odds on across the board.
The money confirms she will be playing the festival next summer.
On a market like this the bookies will just offer odds based on what people are betting as they don't carry inside sources (or they wouldn't offer the market in the first place)
If we all collectively agree to bet big on Daft Punk we could probably get them from 25/1 to 3/1

Can I just ask does anyone over the age of say 13 listen to Blink 182?
I'm 27 and I still listen to a lot of bands I used to listen to at 13. So to answer your question, yes
Pop punk rules. Get Paramore, Panic!, Jimmy Eat World, Good Charlotte, All Time low on the bill!!!

I'll pop along to the meet this year for the first time
Watch Wheel Of Four Tunes
Also take multi vitamins as your diet will probably be lacking of nutrients due to diet over the course of 5 days

Really? How can you be egotistical when you are a joke and nothing more than a parody band? Do they actually take themselves seriously?
Gene very much loves money very famously. They won't play glasto

Quite surprised to see FM ruled out. Would have loved the interview to be filmed so we could all look for hints in every single comment made by Emily

Agree with gold wristbands. I'd probably expect the Wednesday fireworks to be quite big

Are Daft Punk even that good live? Has anyone seen them before to confirm

David Attenborough - where were the tunes?!! Plus he was only on for a few minutes. Came out, said a few words then left! Has to be the shortest set I’ve ever seen. Sheer audacity of the man.
Oh yeah Corbyn was dreadful too

When are Abba reuniting?

What Pink Floyd rumour?
Someone mentioned their name in regards to a Led Zeppelin/Fleetwood Mac argument a couple of pages back so I'm classing it as a pretty solid rumour
-
Excited for this to arrive. Haven't bought a book in about 10 years

This thread has properly descended into chaos
Do like the newly found with no context pink floyd rumour though

This thread has gone mental. Pretty sure some of the people thumping the 1975 drum are the same ones claiming Led Zep wouldn’t pull a big crowd. Insanity.
They would definitely pull an astronomical crowd
-
Although I and my group would definitely watch led zeppelin over literally anything else I think there's a tonne of people who go to glasto that wouldn't be phased by it
Not sure why we are having this discussion though as I strongly doubt they are playing

Sorry but the 1975 are miles bigger than Foals, surprised it's an argument
Also 1975 are better but that is obviously down to opinion
