Chvrches excellent in Manchester on Sat, though now even more disappointed they're not at Glasto. That said, they've got a gap in their tour where they only seem to be in Europe for Mad Cool. And no other UK festivals have announced them yet.

Very solid lineup, though a lot of the acts I'd definitely want to see I'm already booked to see this year. Disappointed to see Editors and Taylor miss out. Was hoping for NIN, Chvrches, Slowdive and Beach House, but ah well. As someone who hasn't really listened to much Beatles, I'm glad I recently watched Get Back, as Paul McCartney is a much more appealing headliner for me now compared to the last announcement.

Yeah the Manchester arena show was full on fog in the standing area for Creature Comfort and Power Out. Couldn't see a thing. Thought something had gone wrong with the smoke machine. Pretty cool through.

Agree with this. It's certainly not my favourite AF album, but those 2 tracks are the only ones that I dislike. And the tracks they played on the (excellent) tour justified their place in the setlist. I hope they nail the next album though, so we can start talking about them as potential headliners again.

Pretty disappointed if Taylor is the one who ends up missing out. Wasn't that fussed about the headliners when announced, but have given her a decent amount of listening time while working from home.

I just messaged National Express on Facebook, trying to find out if my tickets were rolling over to 2022, as I hadn't heard anything from them since completing the ticket rollover form last year. The first reply recieved was "I have put a note on your ticket number, please get back to us once you have new dates for your trip and we will re-book it for you." After following this up, they said "The timetables are not available for June 2022 . We are able to process a full refund on your ticket and you can rebook nearer to the time. Would this be okay for you?" I then said I would prefer a rollover to a refund, and received another reply: "Unfortunately, we have decided not to roll the tickets over. My sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused" So not really sure what to think now! Hopefully we get some official communication soon. Not sure if anyone else has heard anything?

Dammit, completely forgot about this! Tickets off-sale now. Cracking weather for it too. Really enjoyed the Piece Hall for Cribs/Everything Everything last Fri. And the rare event of getting home within half an hour of a gig finishing! While here, my first proper gig back was This Must Be The Place festival in Leeds the week prior. Their lineups are always full of the sort of stuff I like, and it helps being at 2 of my favourite venues. So good to finally be back doing all this again.
