As irritating as it is, and as much as the festival is unrecognisable now from what it was then, I always feel the need to mention that we bought our first bearded tickets for 35 quid. Sorry. 

Lots of good points on here. Festivals have got bloody expensive.  Used to do 3 or 4 a year. Down to 1 or 2 now.  Theres nothing more guaranteed to turn me into a moaning old git than looking at the prices of gigs now. It's ridiculous. 624 quid to get the family through the gate is probably a bit much for us , sadly. 

As much as it would be good, The Offspring are too big for Trees.

Tbf, based on last years shock I’d say nobody can predict them this year.  Yungblud was also a shock too to most.     Little Simz, LCD and Burna Boy came really out of nowhere
